x3-4 60 min structured workouts designed to help you build strength, muscle & confidence lifting heavy
Every 6 weeks the plan updates as you become stronger

Clear video demos so you always know how to perform exercises correctly & learn proper lifting technique.

A supportive, empowering & high level space of like minded women sharing wins, staying accountable and getting strong together.

Access to resources and live monthly group trainings to help you understand how to train and progress effectively.
The programme is built around 3 gym sessions per week. An additional session is optional.

Each session takes around 60-75 minutes.
You’ll follow the programme for 6 weeks, focusing on gradually increasing strength through progressive overload.
The programme updates every 6 weeks with new rep/sets and exercises as you grow stronger.
All while having resources, live group calls & coaching from me to help you progress faster, safer & stronger.

LLYMI has been designed specifically for women who want to strength train but can't commit to long hours in the gym every week.
No. This is a group coaching programme where everyone follows the same generalised plan.
If you are looking for check-in's, personalised programming or individualised form reviews then you will be better suited to 1:1 coaching.
LLYMI is designed specifically for women who already have some experience lifting weights.
You don't need to be a pro, but this level of programming won't be suitable for a complete beginner to lifting weights.

Education and guidance of both training and nutrition will be provided through the resources, live calls and mini trainings, but personalised nutrition coaching is part of 1:1 services.
No personalised calories or macro's will be allocated. Nutrition advice is generalised.
